Inspired by our Date Night at Byron last week, I attempted to make a meat free version of their Byronaldo burger with Quorn burgers and bacon.
It was my Dad's birthday today so we treated him to dinner at Sygn Burger.
The vegetarian option was a cauliflower burger which was made from a whole slice of cauliflower. It was a little spicy but I loved the idea and might try to recreate it at home.
We ordered some cocktails and my one was served with a mint leaf. It was all fun and games until I noticed a caterpillar crawling on the leaf.
