Feeling energises and not wanting to waste the day, Tom and I jumped in the Figaro and went for a drive. Before we knew it we were crossing in to the Scottish Borders.
We parked up in Peebles and went for a wander around the town which had a chocolate academy, tweed museum and an Olympic gold postbox.
We stopped off at Ikea on our way home, where I really wanted to buy a mini circus tent. I settled for the more grown-up option of buying a bar cart and cocktail glasses in all shapes and sizes.
For a new challenge, I'm going to teach myself how to mix lots of different cocktails. I'm calling this one a Raspberry Island Ice Tea as it's a Long Island Ice Tea with a shot of Chambord.
