Today we were in Brighton for The Great Escape music festival.
A lot of people have told me that I’d love Brighton and I do. It's a place to become a sailor girl and hang out with mermaids and only an hour away from London by train.
We headed to The Thistle to get our photos taken and pick up our delegate passes. We ended up looking a bit demon eyed.
We then headed down to the beach. The pebbles were hard to walk on.
It was quite eerie with the burnt-out pier sitting in the distance.
The East Pier is really cool too. We gambled some of our change away in the penny falls.
We watched a few bands in Horatio's Bar at the end of the pier and Tom tried his first bottle of London Pride.
We then went to see a bunch of bands, including Emmy The Great and My Latest Novel at Digital.
Afterwards we went for Happy Hour cocktails at Las Iguanas.
