We're so glad we did because it turned out to be one of the best pubs ever. It was really cosy, covered in fairy lights, was playing Bright Eyes and had fantastic food and drink.

We warmed up with Winter Pimms with hot apple juice, mulled wine and hot chocolates. For lunch, Tom had a plate of camembert and I had a Spanish tortilla.

I loved their lampshades too. I have similar beads at home, so I wonder if I could make one?!

After dinner we headed to the Bridge House at Little Venice and played Jenga, while trying not to get the blocks of wood in our pints.
